O caso Rose: desafios de gestão na integração profissional de mulheres do regime semiaberto na empresa Café do Vale

Abstract

This teaching case addresses the challenges of the social reintegration of women in semi-open regimes, highlighting the barriers and opportunities in the corporate environment, focusing on the experience of the company Café do Vale and the project “Beyond the Invisible Bars.” Through the story of Rose, a semi-open regime inmate, the case examines how stigmas related to gender, race, and criminal history affect these women’s professional inclusion and recognition. The objective is to encourage critical reflection on corporate inclusion practices and the limitations of management when faced with social vulnerability and diversity.
