Condições de trabalho dos professores da educação básica durante a pandemia covid-19: uma revisão integrativa da literatura a partir da base Scielo

Abstract

The work the Basic Education Teacher’s was changed during Covid-19. They have had to reinvent themselves to teach online. During the pandemic, it some researches were conducted into the working conditions of the category. Thus, in the present study, a bibliographic survey of Brazilian literature was conducted to identify the studies conducted from 2019 to mid-2022 and to draw a parallel between the researchers found in this survey and the study by Grupo de Estudos em Sistemas de Ensino (GESE). The bibliographic survey resulted in 34 studies. It was applied preestablished criteria. Then, it was only 6 studies selected. It was concluded that all studies pointed to the deepening of teaching precariousness and, the data, in general, converged with those raised by GESE.
