Trabalho a distância como solução no cenário de pandemia e o regime de trabalho do futuro

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze how remote work has been in Brazil, especially after the advent of the pandemic caused by Covid-19. As a methodology, descriptive exploratory research was used, based on the understanding of César Reinaldo Offa Basile (2019); about the existing modalities of remote work; and from articles and electronic addresses that served as databases for collecting the information necessary for the analysis of the practice of remote work nowadays. In the development of this work, we sought to understand the impacts and changes of this work regime in the legal scenario and in the lives of workers, mainly entering the Home Office modality, especially Telemarketing, to, from there, conclude that the legal good to be protected, especially in the face of enormous flexibility, is the health of workers.
