Direito do autor: uma análise da proteção à criação escrita sob a perspectiva da era da inteligência artificial

Abstract

The present article aims at analyzing the relationship that develops between Copyright and technology in face of an inexorable advance of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the human cultural production, with emphasis on the written production. It is in this sense that the reflection is proposed: up to what point is simplification feasible without prejudice to the complexity of thought regarding Copyright Law? The methodology used is the bibliographical review and the deductive approach is complemented by the selection of relevant works about the themes touched upon here, as well as by the historical contextualization analyzed. Given the scenario identified during the research group Artificial Intelligence applied to Law, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Cláudia Toledo, the most distinct applications of this technology were observed, from automation to the almost imperceptible uses, revealing its increasingly intrinsic presence, which will be, here, studied under the light of the Theory of Complex Thought, by Edgar Morin.
