Os efeitos do teletrabalho nas relações de estágio em sua perspectiva trabalhista e de saúde física e mental

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implications of telecommuting on internship relationships and its connection to the intern's health, demonstrating how the physical and psychopathological aspects inherent in this model fit into a didactic-pedagogical relationship. It is a topic of significant discussion, as Law No. 14,442 of 2022 inserted § 6o into Art. 75-B of the CLT, authorizing telecommuting for interns without encompassing the specificities and conditions for its implementation in a completely specific educational context, which may eventually result in certain drawbacks, such as overload, lack of sociability, infringement of the right to disconnect, among others. Therefore, by using norms, documents, and articles related to the subject and through a juridical-descriptive and juridical-propositional research, the study aims to analyze the effects of incorporating the telecommuting or remote work regime for internships, as well as propose certain parameters aimed at protecting the tele-intern for integration into the pedagogical project of the law course at the Governador Valadares campus of this university.
