A intersetorialidade e a política nacional de alimentação e nutrição: um diálogo possível?

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To know how intersectoriality is treated in the literature, under the look of the National Food and Nutrition Policy. METHODOLOGY: A review of the narrative and random literature, were collected studies from the last 20 years, which portrayed the research theme, from the date of creation of the National Food and Nutrition Policy, in 1999. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Of the 12 articles found referring to the National Food and Nutrition Policy and Intersectoriality, all make direct and indirect reference to the policy, as well as addressing the theme of intersectoriality. Of these, 5 were published in the first decade of 2000 and the other (seven) were published after the reformulation of the National Food and Nutrition Policy in 2011. It can be seen that the National Food and Nutrition Policy followed the public health policies in Brazil, edited since the 1990s until the present moment. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The evolution of the principles and guidelines of the National Food and Nutrition Policy went hand in hand with the evolution of the rules and regulatory apparatus of public health policies. Besides that, it was possible to observe the lack of studies involving intersectoriality and the National Policy on Food and Nutrition. Nutrition, despite the emphasis given to intersectoriality within the National Food and Nutrition Policy.
