Abstract

This search try to understand how do you perceive yourself and the context and also to what extent this image can be changed or reinforced through the literature, more specifically, from Rachel Jardim Intimate Literature. We intend i) expand our questions about the acting from the writing the self in the elaboration of the individual identity (a priori) and collective (a posteriori), ii) sketch a profile of the existential values reelaboration that happens through the dialogue between reader and literary text. These reiteration movements become even more intense in memorialistic literary writing. The writer Rachel Jardim both representes and reflects explicitly on what we propose here. Besides herself, contemporary thinkers as Michel Focault, Frantz Fanon, Simone de Beauvoir, Antônio Cândido, Gaston Bachelard, Umberto Eco, Roland Barthes, among others, talk to each other, supporting the proposed thesis.
