| Resumo: | Introdução: O insucesso da amamentação pode ser causado por fatores técnicos, emocionais, sociais e culturais. O diagnóstico de enfermagem “Amamentação Ineficaz (00104)” pode auxiliar o enfermeiro na identificação deste fenômeno. Objetivo: Mapear na literatura os componentes do diagnóstico “Amamentação Ineficaz (00104)” da NANDA-I. Método: Tratou-se de uma revisão de escopo baseada no método JBI e no Prisma, sendo incluídos estudos qualitativos e quantitativos publicados entre 2021 a 2023 nas bases de dados PubMed, CINAHL, BVS/BIREME, Web of Science e SCOPUS. Resultados: Foram incluídos 17 estudos na revisão. Apenas duas características definidoras relacionadas ao lactente não foram identificadas “Arqueamento quando na mama” e “Ausência de resposta a outras medidas de conforto”, bem como o fator relacionado “Anomalia da mama materna”. Conclusão: o diagnóstico estudado é fundamental para a identificação precoce de problemas e a implementação de intervenções direcionadas, tanto para o bem-estar do bebê quanto da mãe. |
| Abstract: | Introduction: The failure of breastfeeding can be caused by technical, emotional, social, and cultural factors. The nursing diagnosis "Ineffective Breastfeeding (00104)" can assist the nurse in identifying this phenomenon. Objective: To determine the components of the diagnosis "Ineffective Breastfeeding (00104)" from NANDA-I in the literature. Method: This was a scoping review based on the JBI guidelines and PRISMA, including qualitative and quantitative studies published between 2021 and 2023. The databases used were PubMed, CINAHL, BVS/BIREME, Web of Science, and SCOPUS. Results: Seventeen studies were included in the review. Only two defining characteristics related to the infant were not identified: "Archeing when on the breast" and "Absence of response to other comfort measures," as well as the related factor "Maternal breast anomaly." Conclusion: The studied diagnosis is essential for the early identification of problems and the implementation of targeted interventions for both the baby's and the mother's well-being. |
