| Resumo: | O presente trabalho aborda o universo das vestimentas religiosas, no contexto das práticas do Budismo, da Igreja Católica e da Umbanda, compreendendo o traje como um dispositivo que pode aproximar o indivíduo ao plano espiritual. A partir de um ensaio fotográfico, procura-se revelar a importância dessas vestes para a espiritualidade de cada religião e como elas podem construir um senso de pertencimento e identidade dentro de uma comunidade, unindo cada indivíduo ao metafísico. Através de visitações a diferentes templos, com contato direto com práticas religiosas e alguns de seus praticantes, a autora buscará registrar, por meio de fotografias, em um formato intimista e mais profundo, a espiritualidade que se manifesta mediante esses trajes. Procura-se alcançar, como resultado dessa pesquisa, um catálogo fotográfico que consiga transmitir a misteriosa e intensa relação entre os mantos sagrados e a religiosidade. |
| Abstract: | This work addresses the universe of religious clothing, within the context of the practices of Buddhism, the Catholic Church and Umbanda, understanding clothing as a device that can connect the individual to the spiritual level. Through a photographic essay, the author seeks to reveal the importance of these garments for the spirituality of each religion and how they can construct a sense of belonging and identity within a community, uniting each individual with the metaphysical. Through visits to different temples, with direct contact with religious practices and their practitioners, the author aims to capture, through photographs, in an intimate and deeper format, the spirituality that manifests itself through these clothes. The main goal is to achieve, as a result of this research, a photographic catalog that can convey the mysterious and intense relationship between sacred garments and religiosity. |
