| Resumo: | Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar a constituição do Estado moderno a partir das obras de juventude de Karl Marx (1843-1844), caracterizando-o como o “gestor da contradição” inerente à sociedade burguesa. A metodologia selecionada para a investigação foi a análise histórico-imanente, que permitiu percorrer a trajetória de ruptura de Marx com a filosofia do direito hegeliana, a crítica da alienação política e a constatação da impotência do Estado diante do pauperismo. Conclui-se que o limite das políticas públicas não é técnico, mas constitutivo, restando ao Serviço Social o desafio de manter a perspectiva crítica para além do fetiche jurídico e administrativo, reconhecendo que a superação das mazelas sociais exige o horizonte da emancipação humana. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to investigate the constitution of the modern state based on the early works of Karl Marx (1843-1844), characterizing it as the “manager of contradiction” inherent in bourgeois society. The methodology selected for the investigation was historical-immanent analysis, which allowed us to trace Marx's break with Hegelian philosophy of law, his critique of political alienation, and his observation of the state's impotence in the face of pauperism. It is concluded that the limitation of public policies is not technical, but constitutive, leaving Social Work with the challenge of maintaining a critical perspective beyond legal and administrative fetishism, recognizing that overcoming social ills requires the horizon of human emancipation. |
