Abstract

This dissertation is proposed to address the intervention of the local public in the management of the reproduction of poverty in the area. That is, understand how the management of the urban space induces the location of classes in the city, through the hierarchy of this area. Therefore, search is unveiling the connection between the capitalist mode of production and social organization of space. For both a study was conducted in a village located operate in the north of the city of Juiz de Fora aiming understand how the interaction between Capital, state and subject presents itself in the search for the appropriation of the territory. Understanding the relationship between the construction of the space and how social and capitalist production, in its antagonism of class and social hierarchy, it is important so that you can view the social issue in its entirety, without fragmented it from their expressions.
