Do social em movimento aos movimentos sociais ou por uma leitura antijurídica de democracia

Abstract

This work aims to reflect on the relationship between democracy and social movements. Therefore, we will resort to a debate in the political philosophy„s realms that will authorize us to see this relationship from an anti-juridical perspective of democracy understanding. In this sense, the social movements will be taken as essentials agents of democracy building, as they radicalize democracy stepping up process. In this path, we intent to analyze the process of “democratization of democracy”, understood as the answer to two alongside movements in the society: on the one hand, expansion of subjectivities sphere, that is part of it and builds it in plural ways, and on the other, accept, in the political field, the legitimacy of these subjectivities, making the result of this operation a basis of future new subjectivities‟ emergence.
