| Resumo: | Essa dissertação teve como objetivo analisar a apropriação dos resultados das avaliações externas por quatro gestores da Rede Estadual de Pernambuco a partir da implantação do Pacto pela Educação. Buscou-se conhecer melhor o envolvimento dos atores nas ações interventivas como melhoria da aprendizagem dos estudantes do Ensino Médio. Para tal, utilizou-se como suporte metodológico entrevistas semiestruturadas, análise documental dos resultados do PPE entre os anos de 2011 e 2013; plano de intervenção pedagógico, pautas e atas das reuniões. A partir dessas análises, estruturaram-se os resultados positivos para elaboração do Plano de Ação Educacional, com o intuito de aprimorar, adaptar e disseminar as possibilidades de uma gestão pedagógica bem sucedida, nas escolas da mesma Gerência Regional de Educação. |
| Abstract: | This dissertation aimed to analyze the appropriation of the results of external evaluations by four managers of the State of Pernambuco Network from the implementation of the Pact for Education-PPE. It was sought to better understand the involvement of actors intervening in actions such as improving learning of high school students. For such it was used as a methodological support semi-structured interviews, document analysis of the results of PPE between the years 2011 and 2013; pedagogical intervention, agendas and minutes of meetings plan. From these analyzes, were structured positive results for elaboration of the Educational Action, in order to enhance, adapt and disseminate the possibilities of a successful educational management in schools of the same Regional Management Education. |
