| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar o movimento das políticas públicas audiovisuais no Brasil, após a vigência de uma das mais importantes leis de estímulo à produção de obras audiovisuais independentes para TV, buscando compreender, a partir de um viés histórico-político-cultural, se é possível identificar uma maior abertura para celebração da diversidade por meio da criação de narrativas que contemplem personagens LGBTQIAP+ nos conteúdos produzidos. Para efeito de análise, a tese irá investigar quantitativamente se entre 2011 e 2017, período específico de maior efervescência da Lei 12.485/11, garantiu-se a visibilidade e protagonismo de sujeitos considerados dissidentes no audiovisual brasileiro. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze the movement of audiovisual public policies in Brazil following the implementation of one of the most important laws promoting the production of independent audiovisual works for television. It seeks to understand, from a historical-political-cultural perspective, whether it is possible to identify a greater openness to celebrating diversity through the creation of narratives that include LGBTQIAP+ characters in the produced content. For the purpose of analysis, the thesis will quantitatively investigate whether, between 2011 and 2017, a specific period of greater activity under Law 12.485/11, visibility and reflection on new protagonisms of subjects considered dissidents in Brazilian audiovisual were ensured. |
